Shipping Information:

Each order is handmade and will be shipped usually within 48 hrs (Mon-Fri).

Shipping rates are based on the medium size USPS flat rate box. If you purchase more then one item, I will try and combine all items to fit in the same box. The larger flat rate box may be necessary when the medium box cannot accomodate all items and additional shipping charges will apply.

I will notify you when your purchase has shipped and ask if you could please let me know when you received your package. If you could please provide feedback as well, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to make sure you are happy with your buying experience.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

I will gladly accept EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. For exchanges please email me at Lullaby.Designs@yahoo.com with the size/style request for exchange to check for availability.

Returns must be received within 7 DAYS of receipt for US and 14 DAYS of receipt Canada and International.

All items must be unused/unworn.

Buyer pays all shipping costs for return delivery. I highly recommend shipping insurance as I cannot be responsible for items damaged in return transit and will not honor refunds for items damaged on return delivery.

Buyer is only refunded the item price and not the shipping. Refunds issued only after items are received and inspected.
